Have family dinner regularly. A study found that teenagers who eat with their families five times a week are more likely to get better grades in school.

A 2005 Columbia University study found that teenagers who eat with their families at least five times a week are more likely to get better grades in school. Also, kids who eat with their families have a more positive attitude about their future.
