For building strong bones, try to do about 30 min of weight-bearing exercises like walking, dancing & weight training on most days of the week.

Weight-bearing exercises are important for building strong bones when you are younger and keeping them strong when you are older. The term weight-bearing is used to describe exercises that work against the force of gravity.
