Focusing your eyes too long on any one thing can cause eyestrain. Take a break every 30 minutes & look at some distant point for 30 seconds.

Also, blink often to keep your eyes moist as we tend to blink less when watching TV or computer screen which can lead to dry eyes. Symptoms of eyestrain or eye fatigue include headache, tired, dry or watery, and light sensitivity.
