Fingers stretch: Open your palms wide & stretch your fingers. Hold for 10 sec. Now make a tight fist & hold for 10 sec. Repeat 2 times.

Using the keyboards of a computer or clutching a pen for long hours can strain your fingers. This is a good exercise for your fingers.
