Exercise to correct shoulder posture: Sit on a chair. Slowly move your shoulders backwards & compress the shoulder blades together. Hold for 5 sec.

Repeat this exercise 5 to 8 times. This exercise, known as shoulder squeeze, is also good for your spine flexibility. While performing this exercise, place your hands on your thighs and keep your shoulders straight.
