Health Tip for 24 May, '10

Eating spicy foods like cayenne pepper (lal mirch) can improve blood circulation in your body resulting in better functioning of heart, liver & kidneys.

An improved blood circulation also results in the improvement of the nourishment of your cells and tissues, and the elimination of toxins. However, it is important to take spicy foods moderately especially if you have sensitive stomach or you simply have a low tolerance for them.
