Eat watermelon instead of taking energy drinks prior to exercise. It not only aids in energy production, but also keeps you hydrated.

Eating watermelon can give you substantial energy as it is concentrated with B-vitamins which are responsible for a lot of your body's energy production. It also has high amounts of the energizing nutrients, magnesium and potassium. It also keeps you hydrated with its high water content as opposed to caffeine filled energy drinks that dehydrate you.
