Eat plain popcorn when you are on a diet. It is a low-calorie snack with high fiber content that can keep your mouth busy for a longer period of time.

Pop corn is an easy-to-make snack which can be taken any time. However, it it does not remain as a low calorie snack when you choose the cheese, buttered or caramel flavored popcorns in an attempt to make it more delicious.
