Eat plain, air-popped popcorn instead of microwaved, salted or buttered. It's a good alternative to snacks like potato chips & cookies.

Without butter, oil and salt, popcorn is the best high-fiber, low-calorie and low cholesterol snack. Plain, air-popped popcorn is a whole-grain food containing little or no fat, sugar, or sodium.
