Health Tip for 12 October, '11

Eat muesli at breakfast. Muesli being a very rich source of dietary fiber - both soluble & insoluble - helps in lowering the blood cholesterol level.

In this age of processed food, very few people are able to achieve their daily fiber requirement through regular meals. Eat muesli to fulfill your daily fiber requirement. The soluble fiber (beta-glucans) in muesli helps in avoiding dramatic changes in blood sugar level. It also relives constipation by improving the bowel moment in the intestinal tract.
