Eat a carrot everyday to reduce your risk of stroke by more than 50%. Include them in your diet in the form of juice or by adding them to veg soups.

According to a research results of a Harvard study of more than 87,000 feamle nurses, women who ate five servings of carrots a week suffered 68 percent fewer strokes than those who ate only one carrot a month.
