Health Tip for 21 August, '11

During summers, do not let the food sit outside for too long. Higher temperatures during summer can cause bacteria to breed, leading to food poisoning.

Food poisoning can cause nausea, cramps, vomiting, and even diarrhea. Make sure you are eating food that is hygienically prepared and always wash your hands before eating it. Also, avoid eating outside food.
