Drink a cup of green tea for relaxation as it contains an amino acid, theanine, which gives flavor to green tea & promotes relaxation.

Theanine helps in the production and release of a chemical called Dopamine. Both Dopamine and Theanine stimulate a feeling of well being in the body. Also, it is thought that theanine can counter the stimulating effects of caffeine.
