Divide your workout into 3-4 sessions. In each session, focus on 2-3 muscle groups. Training the same muscle group daily can lead to overtraining.

Dividing you workout is an effective way to overload your muscles properly. Training the same muscle group for 3 to 4 times a week can lead to overtraining and may cause injury. Remember to take adequate rest after each session.
