Diabetics must consume foods in natural wholegrain form like whole grain dal, brown rice, whole bran roti, whole fiber oats.

Natural fiber is the cornerstone of insulin regulation therefore all foods consumed by diabetics must be in natural wholegrain form like whole grain dal, brown rice, whole bran roti, whole fiber oats.

Foods such as sooji, maida (white flour), aspartame (in sugar free drinks), coconut water, musk melon, cornflakes, can raise the blood sugar rapidly.
