According to a recent study, the citrus aromas coming from sweet limes, orange and lemons can reduce anxiety and depression. They remind you of summer and spring season thus making you feel more energetic and youthful. After a hard day at work, have a refreshing glass of lemonade or burn a lemon scented candle.
