Choose fresh fruit instead of fruit juices. Fruit juices contain a lot of sugar to sweeten them up.

For example: a medium orange has 60 calories, while a cup of orange juice contains 120 calories. Apart from calories, a fresh fruit always has more fiber, is tastier and satisfying than its juice.
