Chew each bite of food about 30-35 times before swallowing. This will make you feel fuller fast and avoid overeating.

The extra time it takes to eat allows you to actually taste and enjoy every bite. Also, when you are chewing your food properly you are doing something good for your body besides making weight loss more efficient. When you chew your salivary glands are put into use. The saliva formed helps to eliminate any potentially harmful bacteria which may be present in your food. Your saliva also contains enzymes which break down your food and help your body access the nutrients it contains.
