Avoid sitting in the same position for more than 30 minutes as it can put pressure on the sciatic nerve & mild fatigue in the lower back.

It can even lead to soreness in the hips or piriformis syndrome. Change your sitting position from time to time to allow blood flow to your legs, or stand up and move around at least every 30 minutes.
