Avoid combination of Proteins and Carbohydrates, especially at dinner time.

Proteins and carbohydrates taken together on a daily basis, especially at the dinner time, not only tend to be heavy combinations but are also likely to induce acidity.

So try and avoid combinations like

  • Rice & Dal
  • Roti or Paneer Naan & Non-vegetarian item

  • Rice & Vegetables
