When you squeeze a pimple, you may unknowingly force the debris (infected material) from the pore deeper into the innermost section of the skin. This can result in a permanent scar. Also, when you burst your pimples, the bacteria from your hand can get transferred to the broken pimple, causing an infection and further aggravating the issue.
