A good laugh helps you lose weight as it raises the heart rate and speeds up the metabolism.

Researchers have found that a strong laughter for 10-15 minutes daily can increase energy consumption by 10 to 40 calories per day depending on a person's weight. This alone is enough to induce a weight loss of half to 2 kg annually!
