Calcium rich diet is essential for women to lower their chance of osteoporosis later. So have calcium rich foods like milk & spinach (palak).

It is also important to get enough vitamin D as it helps your body absorb calcium. You can vitamin D from egg yolks, fish oils, foods fortified with vitamin D or by taking a walk outdoors in the sunshine.
