Quercetin

Quercetin is a plant-derived flavonoid that give many fruits, flowers, and vegetables their color. It has been shown to have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. It will help to combat free radicals molecules, which can damage cells. Quercetin has many health promoting effects, including improvement of cardiovascular health, reducing risk for cancer. Quercetin may also help reduce symptoms like fatigue, depression and anxiety. Quercetin is found in many common foods including apple, tea, onion (especially red onion), red grapes, nuts, berries (cherry, raspberry, cranberry, blueberry, etc), cauliflower and cabbage.
