    HI,
    Really a nice article to clear up myths. Especially most women avoid weight training exercises just because they feel they will become muscular. Which is just a myth.

    Most regular gym 'trainers' (as they like to call themselves) will rarely get the women folk to handle any kind of weights, prefering to put them on the stationary cycle, treadmills or the cross trainers. They maybe be certified form 'famous' institutions but the fact remains that the truths stated above are rarely revealed or even known by most.
