I am not in favor of any supplement or any other artificial method of weight loss, as these are not healthy and also have a temporary effect. only if you are ready to luk like kareena one day and turn into a fat lady the next day, then supplements should be looked ahead for. but in all this hurry of losing weight by no matter what way, we compromise on our health and fitness , which is absoulutely not good. sooner or later the body gives it back to you in terms of illness or any other physical / mental disturbance. hence treasure your health and choose healthy ways of weight loss. eat the right food , at the right time and in the right quantity. dont over eat or under eat, both cvan lead to malnutrition and eventually weight gain. make your lifestyle active by exercising and working out. if not , try converting the little chores of your schedule into workout, like by taking stairs instead of the lift, park your car a little away from your destination, walk up to the place , and once done , walk back to your vehical. try carrying small kids at home. weight lifting is a good anerobic exercise and burns a lot of fat.
