A woman needs to maintain her strength in the core muscles, which maintain the torso strength. Exercise is important for this kind of strength. Another focus area is spine. Generally the spine is very flexible in women, but with age it becomes rigid which is the main reason for accelerated age. the way the pelvic bones and the bones of the arms are aligned are at a different angle than a man. Some exercises of women need to be done differently for women to actually benefit from them. Range of movement is also different.

The strength training that focuses on the upper back, the shoulders and the biceps will go a long way toward providing support in adult life when the bust will create an ongoing gravitational pull on the front of your body. For women, shaping the muscles of the thighs is an important fitness goal. If the lower body is in shape, it is considered to be very feminine, and there is right proportion of the waist to the hips. Women should do aerobic exercises too along with that have a balanced nutrition as well.
