Want a baby

I visit your site regularly and love your tips. My fibroids have been surgically removed 3-4 years back. Gynac had said that the eggs aren't maturing big enough to conceive and have a baby. Are there any natural foods to regularise my periods (35 day cycle. I think 28-30 day is normal)? Please advise.

Even if the fibroids has been removed you need to take care that it will not re-occur. Please practice Pranayams under expert's supervision to ensure it will not re-occur in future. It has been observed that continuous practice of Pranayam has helped in regularising cycles and hence ensured conception.
If the cycles are always after 35 days, it should not create any issues as it depends upon the individuals.

Natural remedies like Beetroot juice (twice a day) or powdered sesame seeds(half a tsp) taken with hot water have been found useful in menstrual irregularity.
