Hi friends,
I am 25 yrs old, having 5'3 height and 64 kgs weight. Now taking Metoformim 1000mg tablets for insulin reduction. Initally I was 75 kgs and i reduced it to 67 by using positrim and passive gym. From 67 to 64 by using cardio and little strngth trainning. Now whatever i do, i am not reducing further.Also i am eargerly looking for a family.Whether anyone knows how to succeed with PCOS.. Any specific doctor you consulted.. What are the treatments you gone through..

    Start doing yoga(Pranayam) under expert supervision.
    It will help u a lot.

    Regular intake of high fiber low fat diet coupled with regular brisk walks keeps PCOS at bay!!!!

    Hey...I had a similar problem..came down from 72 kg to 62...then it didn't go down! I started Yoga..suryanamaskars, different asans and pranyam for about an hour...helped me a great deal...down to 57 now!
