Why would you want to that? It’s not something that you should be aiming for anyway. Menstrual cycles are natural and they are a part of life. If you interfere with it and try to skip a period then you will have unnecessary health problems. It is better to suffer for a week than to skip and have continuous problems. But, if you really want to do it then there are several choices that are available. The easiest one is to use a pill and I’m sure any doctor will prescribe you one. You can also use skin patches and injections to skip a period.

There are some medicines/pills available in the market by which you can postpone your dates, but its better you don;t do that, unless its an emergency or something.
