    Thanks for nice tips. Along with tips diet is also very important to keep wrinkle-less skin. Including more of fruits & fresh vegetables which is rich in antioxidants & drink more of fluids like water , vegetable juices, soups. Keep mind relax.
    Simple home remedies :
    Leave the metal spoon in the freezer overnite & in the morning keep the spoon on the eyes ,this will cures the eye wrinkles as wel as dark circles.

    The best way to prevent wrinkles is to ditch soap for good! Besan, haldi, chandan, malai soaked in milk are the best cleansers. Leaves your skin baby smooth even in winters.

    Hey Sujeetha.... Sure, Toning exercises are also known as weight training exercises. These exercises can be done even at home without using any equipments like lunges, squats, push ups, pull over, shalabhasana, etc. These all exercises has to be done 3 sets of 15 counts every alternate days. Do it slowly without jerking.
