I've a dry menstrual period - What is causing it ?

    Do you mean you have only a light flow? During menopause and menarche it may be so for some. If you are a teenager you will have a normal flow within a few months. As women approach menopause there may only be staining for several months after which it stops. So if you are between 45 and 55 ,it could be symptom of your approaching menopause. But if the case is none of these and it started getting dry suddenly it could be related to some nutritional imbalance like iron deficiency. Stress also could cause scanty periods. So also some conditions of uterus may cause reduced flow.
