The best workout sessions are short and intense. But in the case of a 300 workout session this can differ and your workout sessions can extend up to two hours. It is very difficult to complete all the required exercises within short periods and this makes for longer workouts essential. The 300 workout plan involves plenty of pushups, pull ups and various other exercises that take time. Dumb bells and weight are given additional importance in this type of workout. For the first few weeks, the sessions will be relatively relaxed. But the intensity will increase as time goes on.

    Hi Olivia,
I would suggest you to workout in early morning when your energy levels are at peak and you cna give your best to your workout. But consult your doctor before going on to the 300 workout programme as it is a very intense high impact workout requiring high fitness levels.
