Probably not! Unless you opt for Bikram yoga. This is a form of yoga that was introduced a few years back. This includes performing normal yogasanas in a heated and controlled environment. The heated environment helps you lose lots of water and in turn burn more fat. Once you burn more than in the body you will be able to get rid of the excess fat in your thighs. But remember that this style of yoga has its side effects as well and you might sweat and therefore faint as you are losing too many fluids. But I guess this yoga is worth a shot.

    Hey Malvika,
Yes, yoga can surely help to reduce your thighs. To reduce thighs you need to first control your body fat percentage. You need to control your body fat percentage through yoga. Then you can go for a thigh muscle toning exercises like lunges, squats, thigh rotations, thigh raises etc. Weight training on alternate days with cardio gives a wonderful effect for loosing thighs.
