To lose weight, you would need to understand your daily calorie requirement. If you eat lesser calories than your daily requirements, it results in weight-loss. You can find out your daily calorie budget as per your weight-loss goal at
http://www.lifemojo.com/my-journey All you have to do is to eat with-in your calorie budget. You can increase your calorie budget by doing exercise. The site also tells you the calories in various food items.
1. Calorie budget is the amount of calories you can consume to achieve your weight goal. It is calculated when you Start your Journey on LifeMojo. It is based on your current weight, height, target goals etc.
2. Once you log-in to LifeMojo, you land on myMojo Page. On this page, under calories tab, you can see how you have been doing in the past 7 days. It shows you your calorie budget, calories consumed and calories burnt in one shot.
3. If you haven't been able to follow your budget for a long time, you can click on "Restart your Journey" link on MyMojo page and the system will re-calculate your calorie budget as per your updated data and fitness goals.
4. On myMojo page, Click on the "Track Diet" icon on the left top under the navigation menu. Track your diet, running, walking or any other activities on a daily basis. You can fix a schedule once in a day and track your data for the entire day. Night time is best to track for your entire day.
5. Under the "Diet" Tab, You can see your calorie budget for the current day, current week and your status in the current week. It tells you whether you are on track, ahead of your target or behind your target for the current week.
6. To achieve your fitness goals, you need to follow you calorie budget for the week. If you over-shoot your budget one day, you can compensate for it on the next day.You can exercise more to increase your budget.
