    Any one can loose weight but only thing is, it would be more better if we determine to follow some exercises and healthy diet. A pound contains 3500 calories of fat ,so targeting a deficit of 500 calories a day, either by diet or burning by exercises will lead to healthy way to loose weight. Crash diet will lead to lack of nutritions in your body ,aslo the weight reduction in this way may lead to muscles loss too.

    Hi

    Yes, anyone can lose weight but the thing is choose healthier weight loss method like combination of healthy & balanced diet , exercise & life style modification. In one day plan should be 1200-1500 calories that contains healthy foods & good fat , include plenty of fibers foods in your diet , vitamins & minerals. Do exercise for 45mins in a day & 5-6 days in a week.

    After delivery should avoid going for weight loss upto 6-8 months because that is very important stage for baby which needs breast milk.
