Iam an indian.we used to eat rice chappathi sometimes salad.please guide me which indian food will make weight lose faster

    Indeed there is no particular food but a balance diet exercise will help

    completely agree with dolly .. its not just one food item , rather its your entire food intake pattern, aswell as your physical activity pattern tht would play a role in making u lose weight

    if you want to loose weight temporarily,eat boiled moong and salads for few days,i tried and it worked.

    GOTO INDIAN STORE AND ASK THEM FOR WHOLE MOONG.IT IS VERY NUTRITIOUS AND LOW IN CALORIES.IF YOU WNT TO SEE THE PIC,VISIT HTIS SITE OR U MAY GOOGLE FOR WHOLE MOONG IMAGE.

    You can take light food daily so your weight lose.you can regularly workout.you can take some healthy food like khichadi not a junk food .

    Ive read eating a lot of pineapples can help you lose weight...these have to be used as a replacement for a meal thought, not as addition.

    weight losing faster is not good. it should be reduced gradually. hence have a balanced diet, do some general fitness exercises for 1-2 hours every day. you should be reducing 2-3 kg per month and they should be maintained.
