Weight loss products work very good in initially but later is hard to see weight loss & has many side effects such as hair loss, lack of nutrients, head aches, weight regain, etc. My suggestion to choose balanced diet plan for weight loss with full of vegetables, green leafy vegetables, fruits, whole grains, dals, low fat milk & milk products, less amount of salt & sugar. 15 gm of fat from vegetables source. Along with diet exercise is more important to burn the calories.
