    Men with more than 25% and women with more than 30% of body fat are considered to be obese.

    There is a formula for BMI (boby mass index) which helps to find whether over weight , under weight , normal weight to your body according to your height.

    BMI=Weight in kg/Height in meter *height in meter. This is metric units formula.

    BMI= 18.5-23 is normal weight range.
    23-24.5 is a range of overweight.
    More than 24.5 range is obesity.
    According to above range you can assume the obesity level.
