    There is no such food that you can eat and loose weight really fast or very instantly.Some foods do help to loose weight but their effects are seen in long term.These foods are-lukewarm water with lemon and that too effects if taken regularly after every meal.
    *foods rich in fibres like salads,fresh fruits,whole grain cereals and pulses,sprouts.
    *lauki juice early in the morning also helps as it reduces hunger pangs.

    As nancy said some of foods can help you to lose weight. But if u follow very strict diet plan with proper nutrients, definitely you can lose 3 kg in a month which is healthy way of losing weight. Along with nancy's points. following tips also very good for weight loss.
    *Drink green tea for 2 times in a day.
    *Eat 4-5 small meals.
    *Drink a lot of water in a day to maintain the metabolism, digestion.
    *Increase fiber foods like vegetables, whole grains, fruits & green leafy vegetables.
