Eat foods rich in protein : Generally ,protein is the building blocks of muscle tissue without protein food u can't increase muscle mass and therefore, with a diet consisting of relatively large amounts of protein, no significant muscle mass gains can be achieved. With that said, in order to lose weight and successfully achieve the previously stated objective, I highly suggested to have proteins rich foods such as, eggs, fish, chicken (skinless preferred),dairy& dairy products , dals , sprouts , Soya beans.
Eat foods high in complex carbohydrates :Basically in Weight loss foods high in complex carbohydrates release energy slowly, therefore you remain full for longer period. This is opposed to simple carbohydrates, such as sugar which basically give you a sudden burst of energy, moments later you are hungry - meaning you eat more and gain more weight. Complex carbohydrates with relation to gaining muscle mass generally allow for large amounts of energy to be stored in the body.

Protein is the muscle builder activator and the natural fat burner. The more muscles you have the more fat you will burn because your metabolism works faster & helps to reduce the weight . Include protein rich foods. Add low glycemic foods, choose healthy fat.
