to lose weight one must eat a high fiber diet, low calorie and low in fat . the nutritional quality of food must be good. and at the same time you should alo exercise to spend some amount of calorie. dont starve yourself.

Increase fiber intake, fat burning foods, protein foods, low fat diet & low calorie diet are best option for lose fat. Along with diet exercise is more to lose fat. Drink plenty of water
