    Hi Twinkle.

Having only sprouts, lentil, fruits is not a complete balanced diet plan. Try to include carbohydrates foods also which is low glycemic foods because carbohydrates is a power house of energy. Choose healthy complex carbs, fruits, sprouts, lentil, and seasonable vegetables. Instead of carrot & radish you can have cucumber, onion, sprouts, steamed dal. But try to reduce the qty of protein, sometimes high intake of protein also leads to some health problems like formation of uric acids stones, kidney stones, kidney problem. Plan a day with complete well balanced which include 5 food groups. Some of nutritional snacks are buttermilk, masala buttermilk, puffed rice with vegetables, veg soups, high fiber biscuits, steamed corn, steamed dals.
