    Hi Malvika,
    Cardio exercises works best for the peoples who just want to target weight loss. But studies has shown that doing only cardio for more than 45 min would lead to muscle burn so its better that we also include some amount of weight training exercises too. This type of exercises plan would help to burn calories and at a same time it would tone your muscles.

    You can burn the calories by doing any physical activity like brisk walk , Any cardio types of exercise, this may burn approximately 30% of the calories by an average person. By including fat burning foods like vitamin C rich foods apple , blackberries , broccoli , brussels , blue berries , asparagus , beets , artichokes , brussels sprouts, cabbage , carrot, cherries , corn, cod , cauliflower ,celery, cranberries , egg plant, garlic, grapefruit , crabs , cucumbers,grapes, green beans , kale , leeks , lemons , limes ,onions , oranges , okra , papaya, parsely,peas , pears , peppers , pineapples , peaches,prunes , pumpkin, radishes , raseberries , red broccoli, red cabbage, string beans , strawberries , spinach , squash,watermelon, tomatoes , turnips.
