    Hi deepa

    A good weight loss plan includes: a healthy diet,physical activity,understanding the emotions behind your eating patterns.
    1. Drink warm water with lemon without sugar , honey , salt th the morning.
    2. Any physical activity for 45 mins to 1 hr.
    3. Eat 5 small meals(include healthy snack in btw).
    4. Maintain portion control & timings of meals.
    5.Drink minimum of 3-4 liters of water.
    6. Avoid refined products,fatty foods,junks foods,empty calories foods .
    7.Keep relax ur mind.
    8.Take 4 servings of fruits & vegetables.

    Hi Deepa,
    I agree with Sujeetha. This type of combination plan would work great for your weight loss. Activity should include more of cardio training exercises like running, jogging, brisk walking, swimming, skipping, dancing, etc. It all depends on your point of interest to select any activity for weight loss.
