anearobic exercises are the best and fastest way of getting rid of body fat . and getting all muscles in wrk. heavy weight-lifting, all types of sprints (running, biking, etc.), jumping rope, hill climbing, interval training, isometrics, or any rapid burst of hard exercise.these all come under the anaerobic activities.

Hi Swati, Cardiovascular exercises is the answer to your question. To rwduce lot of fat you need to do exercises like running, jogging, brisk walking, swimming, skipping, etc. You need to do more these exercises atleast for 45 min possibly everyday or atleast for 5/week.
