What Is The Best Form Of Exercise To Lose Weight?

    To loose weight we need to do both , weight training and lots of cardio exercises like brisk walk, jogging , swimming, running for atleast 30-40 min a day and 5/week. Also try doing weight training exercises like push ups, chest press, crunches, reverse crunches, back exercises, rowing. Do these exercises atleast for 20 min 5/week or make it 30 min 3/week.

    look this is the big issue for every one everybody wanna lose weight.they chooe excercising link yoga or other to lose weight so i think yoga is a best way to do this.
