    There are few tips which will help you to lose belly fat-
    *Eating balanced diet and avoid foods with high sugar/ caffeine level. Foods rich in nutrients/ fiber must be increased in our diets like fresh vegetables/ fruits/ oatmeal/ whole grain etc. Healthy foods maintain insulin levels and control blood sugar levels. Hunger is also controlled which means you can lose belly fat quite quickly.
    *Exercise daily in early morning with Jogging or brisk walking for approximately 30 minutes – 1 hour before breakfast. Exercise done early morning keeps us active for complete day and is certainly one of the best way to lose belly fat.
    *Avoiding Alcohol also helps as it contains lots of calories (7 calories/ gram). Alcohol also impacts body sugar levels, and would greatly help your effort to reduce/ lose belly fat.
    *Avoiding junk food can be an effective way to lose body fat. Eating junk food is a primary reason that many people develop lot of fat and then look for tips to lose belly fat.Junk food increases appetites thus making us eat more than required. It is unhealthy and fattening food which result in gaining more fat especially around your stomach.
    *Drinking lots and lots of water also help in losing water weight and lose belly weight.
    *High stress levels causes production of hormone called ‘cortisol’ in our body. This hormone has tendency to raise body weight, so start
    meditation and yoga(pranayams) will help to keep away from stress.
    * Getting enough sleep is very necessary. As when we feel tired and overeating leads to develop belly fat.Getting adequate sleep would help avoid overeating and may help to lose belly fat. Proper sleep would also help you in staying more active during daytime and will help you to be more energetic and burn more fat.

    Hi Pranita,
    Belly fat is always the main concern area for men and women with high body fat percentage. To reduce belly fat you need to reduce your fat by doing lots of cardio exercises like running, jogging, brisk walking, etc. We need to do these activities for atleast 40 min in a day for better results. Include weight training exercises for tummy like crunches, reverse crunches, heel touch, oblique crunches, etc for atleast 20 min daily so as to tone your tummy muscles. This type of workout plan would help to reduce your tummy fat and tone the tummy muscles.

    Following tips are helpful for reducing belly fat:

    Eat fiber rich foods. Fiber fight against cholesterol, heart disease, diabetes and colon cancer. But it also plays a role in losing belly fat as well. If you eat foods rich in fiber your stomach will think that it is full. Fibers are two types soluble & insoluble Examples of fibers foods are: Soluble fibers create a gel-like substance when mixed with water. Soluble fibers like Apple, cooked kidney bean , orange, Raw Oat Bran, Medium Pear (with the skin),Medium Pear (with the skin), soybeans ,Citrus Fruits, chick peas, dries peas, Flax Seed, Red Currants, Gooseberries, Grapefruit, Prunes ,Sesame seeds . Insoluble fibers like Wheat bran, Wheat germ, Bean brown/white, bran flakes.

    Eat foods rich in proteins: Protein is the muscle builder activator and the natural fat burner- your metabolism works faster. At the beginning you lose weight but it is water weight and muscle weight. After a few days you become fatter and you gain weight instead. Natural sources of protein are eggs (the white part); milk, cheese, yogurt, chicken breast, sprout dal, milk products , soya, whole grains, legumes, pulses & dals.

    Good fat like omega 3 & 6 fatty acids are good for skin, hair. Especially for wt lose. Healthy fats can be found in nuts, seeds, vegetable oils, fish and seafood.

    Cardio exercise: Cycling, swimming, jogging, running, skipping, etc - Do for 30- 45 mins in a day & for 506 days in a week. The goal of cardio is to burn fat, any cardio exercise will help you to lose wt & gives strengths to muscles & helping you to lose belly fat very fast.
