    A healthy way to loose weight is by-
    *following regular exercise,atleast 40-45 minutes daily 5 days a week.
    *religiously following a low calorie,low fat,low carb,high fiber,moderate protein diet.
    *having your meals regularly in a gap of 2-3 hours.

    Hi Pooja,
    To loose weight healthier way, you need to do have a combination of healthy diet and regular exercise. Regular exercises includes both types of exercises like cardio and weight training exercises. And healthy diet means to avoid any junk or oily foods like burgers, wafers, pizzas, etc. These type of food items would increase the body fat percentage in your body.
