    A healthy and well balanced diet is the best diet to lose weight along with moderate exercise.

    A Healthy diet with all types of nutrients & should contains 5 food groups. But make fat should be limited, sugar should be 2-3tsp & salt should be very less. Exercise is more important to loss a weight. Do any cardio exercise for 45mins in a day.
